So while waiting for my new game to download and taking time to not actually do work, I decided to post. One of my friends just had a baby. One is about to have a baby. One of my best girl friends in SoCal will deliver in August. Here's to people doing their best to engage the replacement rate in the States since my husband and I are totally not on that train: baby boy booties!
I modified
Lion Brand Yarn's bootie pattern so that the strap was knitted onto the bootie instead of stitched onto it. I thought that this bootie looked much more masculine than typical booties and would be perfect for a baby boy. (Please read into this that I knitted and ripped many booties before I was satisfied...I mean come on, I knit because I'm nuts!)
